  • Processing time does not include transit time, weekends, or holidays.

  • Stay Fresh Freeze Dryers are drop shipped directly from the Stay Fresh facility in Los Angeles, California.
  • These units are typically shipped via freight carrier due to their size, weight, and handling requirements.
  • Freight shipments may require:
  • A valid delivery address with adequate access for large delivery trucks
  • A contact phone number for delivery coordination
  • Customer availability to receive and inspect the shipment

4) Freight Delivery Terms & Inspection Requirement


4.1 Delivery Method

Freight shipments are typically delivered curbside or dockside only, unless additional services (such as liftgate or inside delivery) are requested in advance and approved in writing. Additional delivery services may incur extra charges.


4.2 Inspection at Delivery (Required)

Customers must inspect all freight shipments at the time of delivery and before signing the delivery receipt.

  • If visible damage is present:
  • Clearly note all damage on the delivery receipt
  • Take photographs immediately
  • Refuse delivery if damage is significant


Signing the delivery receipt without noting visible damage may result in the shipment being considered accepted by the carrier, which can limit or void damage claims.


Failure to follow these inspection procedures may result in denial of claims and loss of replacement or refund eligibility.


5) Risk of Loss


To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the product is tendered to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
